At Beaudora, your satisfaction matters most to us. We guarantee the quality of our products and dedicated to resolving any dissatisfaction with your purchase. We believe that by fulfilling our customer needs, we can guarantee a positive buying experience. We carefully check our shipments before sending them out, but if you happen to receive a defective item, just follow the instructions below.

What if I received a damaged item?

  1. Please get in touch with the sales representative you dealt with for your previous purchase or Whatsapp admin at +601120985972.
  2. Customer needs to send a picture and video of the damaged items.
    • The picture of the damaged item
    • Bubble wrap
    • Fragile sticker
    • Image of front and back of parcel
    • Clear photo of AWB and the tracking number
  3. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.
  4. If the inspection confirms genuine damage, we will then proceed to send you a replacement item.

What if I received a defective item?

  1. Please get in touch with the sales representative you dealt with for your previous purchase or Whatsapp admin at +601120985972.
  2. Customers are required to return the defective item to the HQ.
  3. Please include a note in the parcel detailing the issues:
    • Detail the issues or problems you have experienced with the product.
    • Provide your name, address, and phone number for easy identification.
    • Include the amount of payment that has been made for reference.

Kindly note that the company will only cover postage fees up to RM8 for Semenanjung Malaysia and RM10 for Sabah and Sarawak.

What if I get allergic reaction from the product?

  1. If you experience an allergic reaction from the product, please discontinue use immediately.
  2. Additionally, please get in touch with the sales representative you dealt with for your previous purchase or Whatsapp admin at +601120985972 to report the incident and discuss potential solutions or refunds. Your well-being is our priority, and we are here to assist you.
  3. Customers are required to return the defective item to the HQ.
  4. Please include a note in the parcel detailing the issues:
    • Detail the issues or problems you have experienced with the product.
    • Provide your name, address, and phone number for easy identification.
    • Bank and account number for refund purposes.
    • Include the amount of payment that has been made for reference.
